30 minute walk in the great outdoors…and, by that, I mean the neighbourhood…Lol. Plus 700 steps walked in the hallway while waiting for laundry to finish. Plus up/down 4 flights of stairs. Plus tummy ‘up and in’s’…I’m really starting to like these tummy things. It reminds me of the yoga breathing exercise I used to do.
I am in a Facebook group ‘Making Exercise Count In November’. Just 30 minutes a day. The people are amazing and the support is awesome.
