Walked 30+ minutes doing errands outside today. Brrr…chilly…all is good. Plus tummy ‘ups & ins’…Luv these! Ooo, I forgot to post on Facebook that I also did 4 flights of stairs 4x today…woohoo…
30 minute walk in the great outdoors…and, by that, I mean the neighbourhood…Lol. Plus 700 steps walked in the hallway while waiting for laundry to finish. Plus up/down 4 flights of stairs. Plus tummy ‘up and in’s’…I’m really starting to like these tummy things. It reminds me of the yoga breathing exercise I used to do.
