20 minute walk 10 squats Some tummy ‘ups/ins’….luv these things…can do them standing/sitting/laying down Stretching (hip flexors) Up/down 4 flights of stairs 3x Butt/thighs isometrics a few times Woohoo…done! 🙂
This how I got it done today! 15 minutes vacuuming. 4x up/down 4 flights of stairs 15 minutes scraping snow off sidewalk (leftover remnants from the other day) 10 squats – and, no, not while I was outside scraping sidewalk 🙂 Some tummy ups/ins <- luv these things Woohoo! Done!
Yesterday – 40 minutes walking (while doing errands…luv it!). +20 squats, 25 crunches and 2 sets 15 reps each biceps/triceps…I didn’t do the squats/crunches and arms while out doing errands…I did those at home…LOL Today- 20 minutes on recumbent bike (at home) + 35 minutes walking so far…day isn’t done yet…!! 🙂
Woke up early…really early….eww…thought, ‘Hey, why not get my 30 mins done?’ Did my 30 min walking video (Yay me). Have to go out later so will be getting in more walking. When I come home I will do some squats, arms/chest and maybe, just maybe, some crunches. 😉
I got in a 30 minute walk and 25 squats. Later this afternoon, I may do some arm/chest exercises just because. It feels good to get up and get moving.
