I juiced kale, spinach, carrots, green apple and ginger…to that I added 1/2 avocado, 1/2 frozen banana, frozen strawberries, black currants, sweet cherries, blackberries, blueberries, red sour cherries, and some flax, chia and hemp seeds and this is what I got. I’m calling it a………

Juiced some spinach and kale and added to that frozen berries…Strawberries, black currants, sweet cherries, blackberries, blueberries and red sour cherries. Tossed in 1/2 frozen banana and a half an avocado:

I felt like a smoothie today, but I also wanted to juice…so…..
I juiced some spinach, a carrot and some ginger…I peeled and cored 2 small green apples. I poured the juice into my Magic Bullet added the apples and came up with Apple ‘Juice’ Smoothie.
This is what I had for brekkie this morning:
1 green apple (peeled/cored), 1/2 banana, handful spinach, couple of chunks each of frozen mango/pineapple and a pinch of cinnamon….yummy.
