I did 2 sets of 15 reps each for biceps and triceps and I did my 30 minute walking video. Luv those exercise videos I can do in the comfort of my own home especially when a bit of the ‘white stuff’ is blowing in the wind. 🙂

190 squats done first thing this a.m……Oh my legs! Oh my…what are those large muscles called?…quads….agghh…Oh my other regions…LOL…It’s all good…I worked up a sweat and now I feel good….awesome! 🙂
I did 80 squats today!…didn’t realize I was only supposed to do 75…. 🙂
