Spinach, carrot, green apple and ginger juice…add to that 1/2 small avocado and 1/2 small frozen banana and a handful of frozen berries:

I juiced kale, spinach, carrots, green apple and ginger…to that I added 1/2 avocado, 1/2 frozen banana, frozen strawberries, black currants, sweet cherries, blackberries, blueberries, red sour cherries, and some flax, chia and hemp seeds and this is what I got. I’m calling it a………
