January is the month for soups, slow cooking and fat free living. Who doesn’t love a good creamy potato soup? Or a cream of broccoli soup? - Creamy Potato Soup will hit the spot. It’s made on the stove top, but it takes less than 30 mins to make, so you can have a healthful satisfying, effortless meal on your table before you know it, even on a night where you don’t have a lot of time to cook.
