Part 1- The Forks Over Knives Family Guide, introduction to why Forks Over Knives? Topics also include- You’re having a baby, baby’s first year, beyond the first year, how to help your family transition, on the road. I always love reading how to stay on track when you are traveling, or eating out, especially when it comes to eating at family or friends. How do you deal with kids parties?
There’s also other people’s stories through out to inspire you. It’s not as hard as some people make this lifestyle out to be.
Part 2- The Forks Over Knives family recipes. There’s more than 125 kid-friendly recipes by Forks Over Knives culinary projects manager Darshana Thacker. No oil, minimal salt yet delicious you won’t miss the empty calories oil provides. Darshana covers everything from breakfast to supper to special treats. With easy to read recipes that calls for real ingredients makes this the book to use before, during, and after transitioning.
