My breakfast smoothie is thick and creamy and oh so delish!
I got the idea from Lisa Montgomery’s book Liquid Health on page 73 http://livingdynamically.com/. I just switched it up a bit cause that’s what I do. 🙂
1 Green apple
1/2 large banana (It was a big one)
1 handful spinach
a pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup of coconut milk
3/4 cup of water
Add to blender/Magic bullet and give it a whirl.
