I found this quote on the internet today, it’s true. The only way of being healthful, or to regain your health is by eating foods without labels. The labels lie and make you think it’s good for you. Do yourself a favour and grab a piece of fruit, not pills 🙂

It truly is the best advice we can give another person. Even if we don’t have time to cook a meal from scratch everyday, I would recommend taking a Sunday afternoon to prep and do some batch cooking. Soups, stews, pasta’s all make for great left overs. If you double or triple the batch they hold up well in the freezer.
